乾龙开元 Spring Festival Gala 2012

Dear All,

I am happy to announce that the 2012 Spring Festival Gala at Yale will be held on Feb 4th(Saturday). Let’s welcome the 龙年 together!

It is the first time that we host the Spring Festival Celebration under the assistance of all the Chinese Students at Connecticut.  Led by Yale, this year’s Spring Festival Gala involves University of New Haven, University of Bridgeport, University of Connecticut, University of Southern Connecticut, Wesleyan College and Fairfield University as co-organizer.

The programs, provided by all the universities in Connecticut,  are much more diversified than ever before,  including 舞蹈，相声，小品，歌曲，古 琴， 武术，戏曲 and so on. So mark your calender for this big event of all Chinese people in Connecticut!

The Single Day (11/11) is coming soon. If you are tired of the Single

Day and looking forward to have a good Valentine Day in 2011, here is an
opportunity.

This Saturday 7:30pm at HHH common room, ACSSY will host a single party
for Chinese singles (if you are not Chinese but can read the
announcement attached, come anyway) at Yale. We will have 10 slots for
boys and 10 slots for girls to keep the efficiency of matching. So do
sign up to liangbin.cai@yale.edu and send Liangbin Cai your information
as soon as possible. If you are shy, you can come to observe our event
and see if you can find other shy singles.

There will be many games in the party, and we will gift the winner
couple with movie tickets to boost your romance!

Snacks and soft drinks will be provided for friends and shy singles.

Trip to United States Military Academy at West Point and woodbury outlet

We’re planning a thanksgiving trip to visit US Military Academy of West Point
and Woodbury Outlets.

7:30am Leave from HHH.
9:30am Arrive at West Point

Charge and related issues:
1. Bus fee: $35/person, $20/child under 5 (including tips to the driver and
tour guide, and a VIP coupon book for Woodbury)
Please note that only if the kids(under 5) never take a seat on the bus,
they do not need to pay for the seat. Otherwise $20 is asked by the tour
company.
